Md. Adnan Hossain has always been a people’s person since childhood and has always been very active in lending a hand to those in need. This innate desire of selflessly wanting to help other people has inspired him to start off his own venture under the banner “It’s Humanity Foundation” (IHF), where underprivileged children are provided free of cost primary education.

At the age of 21, he started off the very first IHF School, with only 17 students, in a small tin shed room in Saidpur, and that too after overcoming many hurdles; IHF today has three school campuses and grants an education to over 650 students completely free of cost.

In 2015, Mr. Adnan was awarded the title of ‘Most Promising Social Entrepreneur’ by the US Department of State and was also selected for the International Project Catalyst-USA, where he received Training on Entrepreneurship from officials from Microsoft Corporation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Google LLC, The Boeing Company, Theo’s Chocolate and many other renowned companies at Seattle, Washington.

Currently, besides being the Chairman & Founder of the It’s Humanity Foundation, Mr. Adnan is also serving as the Country Ambassador of “Start-Up Istanbul” in Bangladesh, and as such has also represented Bangladesh in Turkey; He is also working as the Country Director of the “Our Roots Institute” in Bangladesh. As of his previous experiences, Mr. Adnan has worked as a researcher of History and Culture and has also co-authored two books titled, ‘Silk Road Runs through Bangladesh’ and ‘Paradise of Nation’. Moreover, Mr. Adnan plays an important role in the youth development field as a trainer.
