We all have a duty to strengthen the weakest among us to build a better society. Working at IHF, gives Afruza Tanzi the sense of being socially responsible and contributing towards a positive impact in communities which need support. Starting as a volunteer and now being a management trainee, she has came across a long way with this organization and has started to believe that, as individuals we all have the power of changing the world, the world is within us.

Afruza being an undergraduate student, feels proud of herself for contributing her time after university for a good cause. She has been involved in volunteering opportunities in different organizations from a young age and which has led her to work in such a position where she would be able to bring positive changes in lives of marginalized people.
